Once again, thanks for the prompt and efficient
service on our exercise equipment. Such personal attention
to details is characteristic of all your dealings with our
Association over the last few years. Needless to say, it is
much appreciated not only by this Property Manager but also by
our residents. You continue to make my job much easier and the
quality of Association life much more enjoyable.
One of the Board Members mentioned at our last Board
meeting the resounding success of the Exercise Room which
you worked with us to establish. It is probably the most popular,
well-used amenity of our Association. The Board realizes the extent to
which you are responsible for that success. You correctly specified
equipment appropriate for the age and lifestyle of our Owners, appropriate for
the space available and yet still possible within the constraints of our
Operating Budget. During the two years that the facility has been in use, the
equipment has performed as you said it will, with very little downtime. And when
there has been a problem, that problem immediately addressed and corrected.
I hope others come to know what a tremendous resource you are in the fitness
equipment and health field.
